Whether this is your first purchase and you need help through the process or you are familiar with the process, we will help you. All property is sold "AS IS" with any and all faults. All information contained on this website was obtained from information and sources that are presumed to be reliable and accurate to the best of our knowledge. We however, make no guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the exact location, present condition, accessibility, terrain, build ability or information contained on this website. L & L ESTATE HOMES, LLC as sellers, guarantee to provide you with any requested information, to the best of our knowledge. Please do not Purchase if you are unsure of anything or until every objection that you have has been resolved, such as talking it over with your partner or spouse. Please do not Purchase until you are able and intend to complete the transaction in every way. We will make sure that all past fees, taxes, POA, and HOA will be paid prior to selling a property. After signing our AS-IS VACANT LAND CONTRACT, and/or Financing Documents, buyer will start paying taxes, POA, HOA, and all applicable costs. The Buyer hereby releases L & L ESTATE HOMES, LLC (Seller) from any and all claims, with regards to the property and/or listed information. All reasonable offers will be accepted for review and taken into consideration. Please note that an Ernest Money Deposit is not refundable.
